The ECBA is an industry-supported, not-for-profit established to build, promote, and broadly support blockchain technology best practices, open standards, and open-source reference architectures. The ECBA is helping to evolve blockchain into an enterprise-grade technology, providing research and development in a range of areas, including privacy, confidentiality, scalability, and security.
Who Should Join Us?
Consistent with the mission of the ECBA, our membership criteria seeks to be inclusive. Membership is open to all individuals and organizations around the globe interested in or developing blockchain technology specifically for, or useful in, enterprise use cases. The preceding notwithstanding, we must impose geographic limitations on individuals or organizations in certain regions as required by law.
Membership
ECBA is dedicated to growing the blockchain community in the Caribbean. If you are in academia, represent a business or a blockchain enthusiast, we would love to hear from you and have you in our community.
This level of membership requires active participation in ECBA, including contribution to white papers as well participation in case studies and industry conferences.
In order to receive a student discount, individual must provide proof from an accredited academic institution.
This level of membership is available to all individuals who are enthusiasts of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Participating corporates are eligible to receive 5 full employee memberships.
Participating corporates are eligible to receive 10 full employee memberships.
ICOs/Startup logo will be displayed on the ECBA website for 3 months.

Governance – ECBA will promote good governance and best practice in a transparent and accountable fashion, and seek Canadian and international partnerships and collaboration.

Startups, Incubators and Investment – ECBA will provide mentoring and guidance to startups, incubators and investors to support innovation and growth in the digital currency and blockchain technology ecosystem.

With an eclectic mix of backgrounds and experience in the blockchain industry, ECBA offers a wide array of research expertise. From compliance and regulation to developer community and position papers.
